Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving full payment and order confirmation. Please note that processing time may vary during peak seasons. Our shipping times range from 3-6 business days.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before confirming your order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your order using the provided tracking information on the shop app.
If you experience any delays with your package, it may be caused by customs clearance, extreme weather conditions, or other shipping carrier delays.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays or mis-delivery. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
PRE-ORDERING
When it comes to pre-ordering our products, you will have to wait about 1-2 weeks before you receive your package. Or will be shipped out to you the day of the drop date that is expected.
