Refund policy

At Universal Fitness, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully to complete a smooth return process:

You may return eligible items within 14 days from the date of purchase for a refund or exchange. After the 14-day period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Within the 14 days the item you wish to return has to be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that you the customer will have to pay the return shipping. We will evaluate your returned item as soon as we receive it and let you know how your return is progressing. Within seven business days, if your return is accepted, you will get a refund using the original payment method.

When requesting a return you can contact us at universalfitnessuf@gmail.com, or just submit that you want to return your item and follow the instructions that are needed. Make sure to provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation for the return. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.

If your item(s) are damaged in anyway contact us with a picture or video of the product and packaging. We will provide instructions for a replacement or refund.
